The love of skiing is in our blood!

Sturm Intersport has a long tradition of skiing. In 1907 the great-grandfather of the current owners produced his own skis and poles and exported them throughout South Tyrol and Germany. He was a true skiing pioneer and he would certainly be proud of his great-grandsons Wolfgang and Christoph!

Senior partner Erich Sturm is one of the co-founders and sponsors of Austrian ski-racing. From 1976 to 1980, he served as a trainer to the women’s national team and was partly responsible for the success of the Sportswoman of the Century, Annemarie Moser-Pröll.
