05.03.2017: Dear Intersport Team, we have now hired our ski equipment from you multiple times and feel like you have managed to improve further from an already very high level. The great equipment and friendly staff allowed us to really enjoy our skiing days. Our wish to switch to other skis was handled without problems with the same friendliness and speed as was the binding setting and adaptation of our own equipment which was done free of charge. 02.03.2017: VI was particularly inspired by the extensive consultation with an employee responsible for hiring. He was a ski instructor himself and gave me some great tips for improving my technique. (and they worked, too).

17.02.2017: Processing was fast because my information was already there. We were early, there weren’t many people about so we didn't have to wait. The men were competent and friendly, they didn’t intrude, everything went ahead quickly and easily. The material was good, we had no problems at all. The poor visibility on the first day was not your fault. The lockers were a great solution because there was no need to lug skis and shoes around. It also meant that the shoes were dry and warm, both the ski shoes and our other shoes. Next time - we really liked it - we will definitely be coming back to you. We’ve told other people about our experiences. I’ve just noticed that we’re only supposed to evaluate you with stars - I’ve tried to write the response and then answered the questions in the box below - so I’m sending you everything as a text.
17.02.2017: Hello, we were generally happy with the hire equipment. However, we had to take the snowboard for servicing twice because the screws in the binding had come loose. The first time it happened we were met with sad faces from our child because the binding fell apart on the piste because a screw had come loose. We couldn’t find the missing piece. Unfortunately, no one was able to help us with replacement screws up at the ski hut, so all we could do was make our descent by cable car. Perhaps it would be worth considering depositing a small supply of screws somewhere at the hut. It also occurred to us that some of the ski and snowboard instructors were on the slopes without helmets. We think this presents a bad example to the children, who are then supervised by these instructors. We think it would be good if the ski school set a good example.
17.02.2017: Very friendly and happy discuss the suitability of the equipment to our skiing ability and advised as required. Location and heated ski locker facility was ideal for travelling into the resort from the local area and not wanting to carry the equipment back to the accomodation on a daily basis.

14.02.2016: This was just our second time skiing (rented from you for one day last year) and once again were bowled over by the friendliness of your staff. Learning a new skill can be daunting but everyone was welcoming, encouraging and supportive. We were not treated any differently as beginners to experienced skiers. We are trying to learn German but once again your staff were happy to speak English and to help us in any way they could. Amazing customer service, thank you
